The European Union Project - KosEd Presents Preliminary Textbook Evaluation Report to Prime Minister Albin Kurti

The European Union Project – 'Support to Basic and Upper Secondary Education' – KosEd, has reached a notable milestone by presenting the preliminary phase report of our textbook evaluation to the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Mr. Albin Kurti.

This significant advancement was realized through a close partnership with the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology, and Innovation (MESTI), under the guidance of KosEd's expert, Mihaela Singer.

The development of this report was driven by a mutual ambition to elevate educational standards, with a specific focus on ensuring the provision of high-quality textbooks for all students.

We extend our profound gratitude to the Minister of Education, Science, Technology, and Innovation, Arbërie Nagavci, and to Prime Minister Albin Kurti for their invaluable support throughout the review and compilation of this report.

In collaboration with MESTI and with the support of the European Union, KosEd undertook a comprehensive review of Albanian language and mathematics textbooks for compulsory education (grades 1-9) last year, aiming to enhance the quality of pre-university education.
