The Municipality of Gjilan has taken a significant step towards enhancing the quality of education. We are pleased to announce that Gjilan will be an active participant in the "Peer-Led Evaluation" program, commencing in September.
In a positive stride, approximately 10 other municipalities are also set to initiate the implementation of the "Peer-Led Evaluation" program.
This collective effort marks a noteworthy expansion and underscores the shared commitment to supporting the continuous professional development of teachers across Kosovo.
The "Peer-Led Evaluation" program facilitates a supportive approach to school evaluation, emphasizing open-door policies and non-judgmental classroom observations. It is important to note that this process is complementary and does not replace the official external evaluation conducted by the Education Inspectorate.
