KosEd distributed certificates to the teachers of Drenas who were part of the 'Peer-Led Evaluation' training program




The European Union project "Support to basic and upper secondary education "- KosEd, is pleased to share another achievement, the certification of over 40 teachers from Drenas that have been part of 'Peer-Led Evaluation' training program.


KosEd has had the pleasure of full support from the Mayor of the Municipality of Drenas, Ramiz Lladrvoci, who has been open from the start to fully implement the 'Peer-Led Evaluation' training program.

The Municipality of Drenas, with the support of Mayor Ramiz Lladrovci and the Education Directorate, has proven to be a community setting an example for its efforts in enhancing the quality of education and the professional development of teachers!


Details from the 'Peer Evaluation' Training Program:

The 'Peer-Led Evaluation' training program is offered through the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology, and Innovation, the Municipal Directorate of Education, schools, and the KosEd project and is accredited by MESTI.


The 'Peer-Led Evaluation' training program is designed to provide support to teachers, quality coordinators, school principals, and education inspectors. The Peer-Led Evaluation training program is a supportive school assessment process that encourages non-biased policies, through open doors as an opportunity for classroom observation.


The Municipality of Drenas, through the 'Peer-Led Evaluation' training program, has evaluated a total of eight schools. Over 150 teachers at the school level and 42 teachers as part of the municipal evaluation team actively participated in this valuable process.
