Kaçanik Educational Personnel Successfully Certified in 'Kosovan Peer-Led Quality Assurance Model' Program

This week, teachers and educational staff of the Municipality of Kaçanik achieved certification through the "Peer-Led Evaluation" training program, a vital component of the "Kosovan Peer-Led Quality Assurance Model" initiated by the European Union project - KosEd in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology, and Innovation (MESTI).

This program aims to enhance professional development opportunities for educators across Kosovo.

The peer-led evaluation training program is designed as a comprehensive mechanism to foster best practices within the education system, optimizing the utilization of high-quality teachers within public educational institutions in Kosovo. It promotes a supportive evaluation process that encourages unbiased policies and offers open classroom observation opportunities.

KosEd extend sincere appreciation to Mayor Besim Ilazi, Director of Education Zahir Doda, and all educational staff in Kaçanik who wholeheartedly supported this program and the KosEd project.

This initiative underscores the commitment of Kaçanik Municipality to continuous improvement in education quality, aligning with national and European standards.

The success of the certification highlights the dedication and professionalism of educators in Kaçanik towards achieving excellence in teaching and learning.
